Thank you for your reservation, and we look forward to having you as our guest.  Please read this confirmation carefully, and call us right away if there are any discrepencies.

  • You should find your unit fully stocked with linens, paper products, and soaps.  Our units are each privately owned by different people, and we ask that you treat their property kindly.  Be sure to let the office know immediately upon check-in if anything in your unit needs attention.
  • If you are going to be checking in later than 11:00 pm, please call the office in advance so that we may give you late arrival instructions.  Please make arrangements for your safe transportation in the event of bad weather.  These are the mountains, and the roads can be snow covered in the winter months.  Feel free to call the office for anything regarding your reservation, and don't forget to have your confirmation number handy (located in the upper right-hand corner).
  • We make every effort to have your unit cleaned and inspected prior to check-in time at 4:00 pm.  Check-out time is 11:00 am.  We are happy to offer a FAQ page on our web site www. XYZrentals.com for more information at your finger-tips.  Please call us at 123-456-7890 if you have any questions.

Guest Agreement

Check-In/Check-Out  

Check-In is between 4:00 pm and 11:00pm; however this is not a guarantee. Occasionally, due to unavoidable circumstances, a property may not be ready for Check-In at 4:00 pm.

No Check-In will be permitted until your rental account has been paid in full, including taxes and any other fees. If you will be arriving later than 11:00 pm, please call the office beforehand to make special arrangements.

Check-Out is 11:00 am. A late checkout fee of $50 may be assessed if Check-Out time is exceeded. At Check-Out, Rent-Em-Quick, requests that Guests clean all dishes; set thermostat at 60 degrees in winter and 77 degrees in summer; turn off all electrical items including lights and fans; secure hot tub cover; secure all doors and windows and place trash in the outdoor receptacles. The need for excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge.

Deposit & Final Payment Options

The reservation deposit may be made by Credit Card (We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa), Money Order, or Cashier's Checks. Your reservation will remain unconfirmed until receipt of this signed agreement along with any other documents requiring a signature (i.e. credit card receipts, etc.).

We accept Personal or Business Checks for the initial deposit only. However, Personal or Business Checks must be received no later than 10 days after booking but not less than 30 days prior to Check-In.

Final payment may be made by Credit Card, Cash, Traveler's Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check. We cannot accept Personal or Business Checks upon Check-In.

When full payment is made by cash or check, a damage deposit will be required at Check-In. The amount of the damage deposit will vary according to the size of the cabin. The damage deposit is payable by credit card or by cash. Cash deposits will be refunded by check within two weeks of Check-Out..

Pursuant to the provisions of the Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 62, Chapter 13, Section 62-13-104(b)(3), Subdivision (D)(i), Rent-Em-Quick discloses the following policy as of June 4, 2003:

"All advance rent deposits, damage deposits and balance of rent due are deposited into a bank escrow clearing account. These deposits are considered income to Rent-Em-Quick upon receipt and may be used immediately. Any refund considerations are expensed from the general books of Rent-Em-Quick on a case by case basis."

Cancellations/Reschedules

On a case by case basis, deposits may be returned, minus a $30 processing and cancellation fee plus tax, on reservations canceled 30 days or more from the reservation start date. Absolutely no cancellation considerations will be made within 30 days of the reservation start date. A "No Show" constitutes an automatic loss of your deposit. Reschedules and cabin moves must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid the loss of your deposit.

Guest Responsibilities

All properties are owned by individuals and are inspected upon Check-Out by a member of our Caretaker staff. Guests are required to inform Rent-Em-Quick Guest Services if any breakage or damage occurs during stay, or is observed upon Check-In. Guest shall not destroy, deface, damage or remove any or part of the property, or render smoke detectors inoperable. Guest shall be liable for any damages. Accidental Damage Waiver Protection is available at the time of the reservation booking or at Check-In. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 waives the Guest's liability for accidental damage up to $1000.00.

Damage Protection

Security Deposit - A CSA Security Deposit Protection premium will be charged to your reservation in the amount of $45.  This covers you, the guest, for up to $3000 of accidental damage. You may opt out of this fee anytime prior to your check in by remitting a cashier's check in the amount of the Damage Deposit for your unit.  This Rental Unit Damage Protection plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000.00. Any damages exceed $3000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damages to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3000.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Rental Unit Damage Protection Coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. The Rental Unit Damage Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection to pay directly Cramers Creekside Cabins, Inc. any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Rental Unit Damage Protection. Please contact Cramers Creekside Cabins, Inc. directly if you do not wish in this plan or assignment. If your damages exceed $3000, the jurisdiction for a small claims action against you shall be Sevier County, Tennessee.

Guest agrees not to behave in any unlawful or improper manner in or around his/her rented property, nor shall unreasonably loud activities be carried on in any property or common areas. Guests will be asked to leave without refund if such circumstances occur. Rent-Em-Quick, has the right to terminate this Agreement and remove disruptive guests without refund.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed only in properties marked as Pet Friendly. Rent-Em-Quick, charges a pet fee of $50 per pet/per stay. Rent-Em-Quick,, requires that pets left alone in cabins be crated. Guest is responsible for any damages caused by pets. Having a pet in a non pet friendly cabin will incur a $100 fee. Not declaring a pet will incur a $100 fee. Excessive pet hair, fleas, cleaning issues, etc. may incur an additional fee. Pet damage is not covered under the Accidental Damage Waiver Protection plan.

Miscellaneous Information

Rent-Em-Quick reserves the right to substitute properties, provide alternative lodging or cancel reservation if for any reason beyond our control the property becomes unavailable. If cancelled, a full refund of the deposit will be made. Upon refund, all contractual rights and obligations are released.

Rent-Em-Quick and Property Owners will not be responsible for loss, theft, or destruction of personal property of Guest.

Rent-Em-Quick cannot refund monies for circumstances beyond our control. This includes Acts of God, particularly, severe or inclement weather, failure of public utilities or outside services, e.g., power, cable television, satellite television. Accordingly, we suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance, particularly during the winter months. To assist you in this matter, you might start your investigation of such coverage at www.insuremytrip.com. Rent-Em-Quick is not affiliated with this or any other insurance company.

Completion of and signature on this Guest Agreement / Rental Policy constitutes an agreement between the Guest, whose signature appears below, and Rent-Em-Quick for all of the above policies. Completion of and signature on this Guest agreement / Rental Policy also constitutes an agreement that the credit card you supplied upon making your reservation will be charged in the event of any damage or loss that has occurred during your stay, whether caused by you or anyone in your party.
